(July 24, 2016, 8:45 pm)I love this place. The instructors are welcoming, skilled and knowledgable. The studio is meticulously clean. I highly recommend if you are interested in barre classes and Pilates classes.

I've trained in Pilates for over 25 years with several different trainers in California, and Ashley is very very good. She's knowledgeable, professional, and really cares about her clients' goals. The studio atmosphere is positive and fun - highly recommend!
