  From the moment we arrived, we knew we were at a Class Act Dealership. The Employees were friendly and the entire place was clean! We were blessed by having Joe Salazar as our salesman. My husband and I truly enjoyed his kindness and cool vibe.He took his time with us. He didn’t “SELL” us a vehicle, he helped us “BUY” the vehicle we wanted. Folks-there’s the difference! The Sales Manager and Finance Manager are Top Notch as well! I highly recommend Joe Salazar as your Salesman and Hedricks Chevrolet for your next vehicle.

  Hedricks took on an issue that another dealership created. They did what was right for us and made sure we were taken care of. They went above and beyond their duties and we felt truly safe and trusted their expertise. They were highly communicative and extremely helpful through the process of navigating issues and fixing them. They traveled out of town to even get parts as quickly as possible. They saw paperwork issues that the previous dealership did not document and made sure to address it. This is something we would not have had any idea about unless they caught it. They did what was right and best for us, the customer.

  Great customer service skills, communication skills and very transparent when giving information to customers. I brought my Yukon in for third party warranty claims and was treated exceptionally well.
  Jakie my advisor was honest with wait times and always called even with small updates. Made me feel well in touch and informed while my vehicle was in for service. Couldn't ask for any better service. Also their service manager Tanner was extremely polite.💯💯💯

  I just want to give a big shout out to Joe Salazar and the Hedrick’s Team. Joe is The coolest salesman around. He helped me with the easiest vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I also got to meet Brett the owner, very humble and down to earth guy. I will definitely be a repeat customer and share my experience at Hedrick’s with family and friends. Thanks Hedrick’s Chevrolet for my beautiful Truck.
