“My husband Eric, who was the love of my life, was a patient at Heritage Crossing for almost 3 months. During that time he was well taken care of from everyone on staff. I'd call at different times to check on him with the nurses and was always provided a detailed update of his condition for the day. The staff were always so accommodating to him. They treated him with respect and dignity which we both truly appreciated. The staff was sincere and very compassionate to the both of us. Eric always had nice things to say about the care he received, all his caretakers and especially the food. He loved the food! The chef asked him what he liked and didn't care for and he was wonderfully fed delicious meals. When the day came and Eric passed away Dena, Raymond and the other staff on shift, they were so deeply caring and truly showed me and my family and friends just how much they cared for my love, my precious husband Eric. We were very blessed to be able to place him at this care facility since Eric needed 24/7 care. It was truly a miracle from God! I highly recommend Heritage Crossing should you need this type of compassionate care for your loved one! God Bless you all!”

“Magnolia Crossing has been such an answer to prayer for my mom and family. We were immediately drawn to the beautiful, new buildings that felt so much like ‘home’. The staff has shown such loving care towards mom, as though she were family. She has formed close friendships with some of the ladies living there, which is so wonderful to see! As mom’s needs change, the staff has been great at coming up with a care plan that caters to those changes. We’ve been very impressed with the cleanliness of the homes, professionalism and responsiveness to our requests. Rene really helped calm me down and Sandra and Lily explained everything to me before the procedure. The oral surgeon himself also did an amazing job keeping me calm and informed. He removed all 4 in less than 10 minutes, helped coach me through each extraction and make sure I was completely comfortable.
