99 Properties Inc

I'd just like to say that 99 properties has been great to do business with this far. I'll come back later to update. I have been looking to move for about 2 months. There employees have been really nice and professional. The on-site manager of some condos I went to take a look at. Was willing to meet me on her day off. She was very nice. It did take a long time for 99 properties to respond to me after submitting my application. Other then that they have been amazing! I have talked to so many rental agencies and home owners who have all been rude. I highly recommend this company. If I do decide to rent this unit. I'll come back to let you all know how they are as landlords. But so far I have no complaints about ther professionalism. Thank you 99 properties.

Been a tenant since 2013 never have had any problems. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue they’ve been pretty quick. No complaints.

I love renting from this place! Never had an issue with them. Very easy place not complicated and always so nice. Maintenance comes when you have a request though I haven’t really had any only once for a mailbox thing.
