Advanced Chem-Dry

Called Brian for a standard carpet cleaning. Had pet stains all over the house from a previous owners puppy. Didn’t expect the stains to be removed after sitting so long. To my surprise he was able to remove most if not all stains. Quality service with the right tools for the job.

Brian is the kindest, most honest, hardworking and knowledgeable man in the business. And he cares about his clients like none other! He and his assistant even helped me move a couple of large antique chairs that I was having a hard time moving. Plus, he’s just awesome and totally cool. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their service as well—and gave me a great price to boot. Last, but not least, I was on my way out the door to buy a new TV, and I asked their opinion on the need to buy a new one—they actually got down on their hands and knees to check out my TV just in case there was anything they could do to fix it. Nobody does things like that, but Brian. He’s just the best, look no further, you have found the perfect carpet cleaning company! Also, his wife was wonderfully kind and helpful in keeping in touch with me and booking my appointment as well. Hands-down awesome family and company. You all are the best. Brian (and Luke) did an amazing job. My carpets came out looking great, pricing was very reasonable, and Brian provided excellent customer service. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient.

Brian called before our appointment, showed up early, gave me the best value for the service I needed, worked fast and did an outstanding job. However, that is not the reason I am rating Advanced Chem Dry 5-stars. I am rating the company 5-stars because Brian & his partner were extremely kind and friendly to both my toddler and my mother while they were here. Beyond the quality of work they did, I genuinely enjoyed meeting with and talking to Brian and his partner. Advanced Chem Dry is the only company I will use and I would recommend them for any of your needs. I rarely do reviews but I felt obligated based on the tremendously positive interaction. I had the Chem Dry Carpet Cleaning service, and it was exceptional! The customer service was professional and was everything I had been promised when I called and made my appointment. My carpets looked fantastic when they were done. Also, my appointment was set for the PM, but they finished their job before mine ahead of scheduled and called to check to see if they could arrive early and of course I said YES! So, if you want to know if I will recommend them, my answer is YES!
