Estes Express Lines

I made an order and the shipper packed the pallets too heavy for the lift gate on Estes trucks to handle for curbside delivery. Instead of returning the shipment the staff at Estes helped me pick up the pallets on a rented truck. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice and I just wanted to pay them a compliment. I appreciate the extra mile they went while helping me get my order home. Thanks!

I want to THANK both Priscilla and the Driver!!!!

I missed the first delivery attempt, so I called the office to reschedule. Priscilla was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and offered to go above and beyond by taking my name and number promising to call me that day at the end of her shift to reschedule delivery so we could get it the next day. As it turned out the Driver--wish I had his name--showed up later in the day and said he thought he would try one more time before he headed back to Fresno. Now, that is SERVICE!!!!! Both employees went above and beyond the job description by going the extra mile to insure delivery as quickly as possible.

Estes has a very knowledgeable staff. They are friendly & have excellent customer service. They go above & beyond to help the customer no matter the situation. Would rate them 10 stars, but only limited to 5.
