Heiner Hearing Center

I am a first time visitor to Heiner Hearing Center, and I must say, my experience was very positive. I was told that I needed to have my ears cleared of ear wax, and I found Heiner online, called and booked an appointment. This was the only negative that I had, because the nearest appointment was several weeks away (in a way, this is a compliment, because they are very busy). They put me on a cancellation list, and I was able to get in early! The Doc is a great guy. He's very friendly and explains the procedure in advance very well. My problem as completely taken care of with great dispatch! There was some pain during the second ear and Doctor Stark, watching me carefully, paused to let me rest when it as a bit intense (not too bad, really). The staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Heiner Hearing Center.

Went in for an ear cleaning as I was impacted with wax. Had actually thought I was losing my hearing but this cleaning helped immensely! The staff was excellent and very nice. The doctor was so kind, explained everything and the process was not bad at all! I couldn’t believe the difference when he finished the first ear! I will return!

Was here for a long overdue ear cleaning and Dr Stark and his team is awesome, he's very professional and the cleaning was painless and quick ! Highly recommended, they'll definitely HEAR from me again

This office took care of my mother in laws hearing aides and has done a fantastic job! They are very kind and accommodating. My wife loved taking her there as Dr. Stark is very personable and kind. His office is just as kind and personable. He does it all right!!!!

When I started losing my hearing a few months ago I wasn't sure what to do or where to go for help. One call to the wonderful folks at Heiner Hearing Center was all it took to get me on the right path. The staff got me in quickly for an ear cleaning, and Dr. Stark went above and beyond with his inspection into my hearing issue, even providing an ear pressure check after my cleaning which I wasn't charged for. He clearly explained everything he was doing at each step, and at the end carefully went over his findings, treating me more like an equal and an old friend than a new patient. He recommended a next course of action for me, and found a variety of in network and out of network specialists for me to go to for further evaluations. I had a truly positive experience with this top-notch audiology provider, and I'd recommend the Heiner Hearing Center to anyone who owns a pair of ears.
