Was passing through town with a Mercedes van without AC, which is obviously brutal in Fresno. Called Steve to explain the situation and he offered to open his shop early to help me out. Most mechanics don't bother to properly troubleshoot, but with Steve's formal training at Mercedes Professional Academy, he knew exactly how to diagnose the issue quickly and not throw the old ‘parts cannon’ at it racking up unnecessary costs. In under an hour, he had me back on the road with ICE-COLD AC. He's an honest dude who takes pride in his work. Thanks for saving my road trip!
