  I just want to express my gratitude and appreciation for Andrea and Armando. I recently brought my car in to be looked at after it had been worked on at your center. Unfortunately it had been months since the repair work, and the noise I was hearing did not at all appear to be related to the work done. However, Andrea and Armando were wonderful to work with, listened to me and checked out the noise. But really checked it out....spent the time to listen and investigate. Then Armando went above and beyond and found a second noise, and took the time to tell me and show me his concern. And the best part? The original noise I brought the car in for, which has been driving me bonkers is NOW FIXED. I'm so happy and will definitely recommend North Collision Center to everybody. I am so impressed with your staff and customer service.

  Came here after a bad experience with another auto shop. They were prompt to diagnose the issues with my car , and we're beyond polite. They let me sit inside waiting for my ride and offered me a water as well.

  Their customer service reps kept us up to date with the vehicles' progress. Our Jeep came back looking and running fantastic! Great Value!

  I was treated so well, an then they did top notch work on the repairs to my car. The best was the detailing of my car. To me that was an extra bonus.

  I was involved in a hit and run and everyone at North Fresno Collision Center made this process so easy for me. They were very helpful from the beginning. Lori kept me updated through out the entire process. They really made sure everything was a perfect fit and they got a perfect paint match! My car looks great! Thank you
