(February 25, 2022, 3:53 pm)I was one of the long-term stay guests at the Residence Inn Northlake. Service was SUPER EXCELLENT from day 1 !!!!! I will rate it 10 stars because everything was twice as nice!! All the management and staff are very helpful and they brightened up my day with their ready greeting and smile!! With the length of my stay there, I considered them as family. Special mention to Mr. Dave Love, the Sales Manager, for ALL his help and assistance. My stay here was the biggest highlight of my temporary move to Charlotte.
(December 31, 2021, 8:30 pm)Very nice room, clean and comfortable. friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, not self serve buffet. Selections put together by attendant.
