Coach Cat

Coach Cat helped me get to my fitness goals and overcome a plateau I always had with working out and losing focus a couple of weeks into the routine. I’ve still got a ways to go, but there has been a noticeable difference in my life (and my appearance) and I probably wouldn’t be where I am without her.

I have had the privilege of having Cat as a personal trainer, Her Energy is so loving, she keeps you motivated she helps you to discover you can do anything you put your mind to, the results we’re great!! Her Services were just awesome as was the meal plan she offers💪🏽🗣🗣

So thankful for the opportunity to meet and work with Cat! I fell in love with her personality and recipes! I was a bit skeptical at first lol but everything was great and I lost 8 pounds in my first week!! I'm continuing with her and I recommend you do the same, worth every penny!
