  My husband had a Medicare plan that wasn’t working for him with his medical needs. We met Robert at an event and immediately recognized he cared about my husbands needs and said he would like to meet with us to discuss his current plan. He didn’t expect us to go to him, he came to us. He said up front if he felt his current plan was the best plan for him then he would advise him to keep his current plan. However, after reviewing my husbands medical needs, Robert was able to find him a plan that works great for his medical and his prescription plan. Before he ALWAYS fell in the donut hole beginning around October. This no longer happens. Robert was patient and made sure we had full understanding of the plan and said if we had any other questions to please not hesitate to call him. I was so impressed with Robert’s kind gentle way of explaining and felt he went above and beyond our expectations. So we have recommended him to our friends. Thank you Robert for your wonderful gift of heartfelt compassion!

  Spoke with Robert Loyd about various insurance plans. He is a very knowledgeable and won’t steer you wrong. Never at any point did he try to push me into purchasing something I didn’t want. He is a no pressure agent.

  My husband was in the hospital and his bill was $42,000 and we
  ended up paying $1000 of the toral bill with the help of Robert. They set us up for he mail order prescriptiobs and now we get all of our meds for free. Thank you!

  Robert was really helpful to my husband and me. He helped us find a new doctor for my husband when we had an issue with our old one and made sure the health plan worked with all his specialists. I know we had lots of questions, but he always answered his phone and helped us when we called.
