OnCall Dental - Fresno

First off I want to thank everyone at on-call dental not just for there professionalism but for making me feel so comfortable during such a painful ordeal. I want to give a special thanks to Kim who kept checking on me and sharing in my pain. I will definitely recommend on call dental to all my family members and it looks like I found my new dentist!!

I started having a horrible toothache due to a wisdom tooth coming in and was in immense pain! I called Oncall Dental after reading all of these reviews and I can honestly say they were nothing short of amazing. I called at 8:30am yesterday and was sitting in the office at 10am. All staff are incredibly kind and are making sure that you are taken care of. Dr. Gates was such a great Dentist. I like many are incredibly fearful of have dental work done in general let alone an extraction of a wisdom tooth, but he spoke with calming, professional empathy. I’m also not insured for dental, but they do have a payment plan option, although I did not have to use it as their prices are very very reasonable. I’m so glad I picked them and if you were like me reading reviews wondering who to go to, I assure you that this is the place!

Just want to let On-Call Dental know how much I really appreciate them for taking their time with me & my teeth issues. I’m so thankful that they are open during the weekend as some of us don’t have time during the weekdays due to work. This dental place have such an amazing staff ! It’s been years that I went to a dental place & I have to admit they swept me off my feet of how kind they are ! Elena who works at the front desk is amazing ! Tiffani who was assisting Dr. Gates is super helpful . Also, Dr. Gates who has been dealing with me since my first day there couple months ago is FANTASTIC! He is super nice & sweet ! Any questions I have , he has no issues answering them. Like I can’t even stress this enough of how amazing they all are ! Even though I didn’t have any dental Insurance, they made it so easy for me to just do payments. I highly recommend this place ! Do not hesitate, just go ! This is probably my 3rd time going back & I’m still looking forward of going back ! Thank you so muches On-call Dental for the amazing work you do !

Dr. Nguyen and Tiffany have been really helpful. The staffs are also very helpful as well. Dr. Nguyen was very good at what he was doing. He pull out the tooth of my mom very quick and easy. I highly recommend this dental for anyone who is seeking for a good dental.

I had a painful dental emergency with a swollen face and infected tooth. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating from the phone call to the moment I stepped into the office on Super Bowl Sunday! I have never been to a medical office where the staff was so friendly, welcoming, and caring. Dr. Rinker was so kind and patient. I will be sending everyone here. I am looking into trying to change my dental insurance just so I can continue to go back. Thank you all for all of your generosity and kindness I have never experienced such amazing customer service, EVER! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Everyone of you all at OnCall Dental are a true blessing.
