  Unfortunately GB3 is closed again inspite of rigid compliance with CDC guidelines. Unfortunate indeed.

  This club is kept very clean and functional. They do a very good job of keeping the equipment both operational and sanitary. They also seem to have all the gear and apparatus that anyone could ever need. Furthermore, I find the steam bath, Swedish bath, pool and hot tub to be great design, well kept and terrifically pleasant - all at an appropriate price! Check it out!

  Great gym, I've been going to the Herndon and pain GB3 for several years now. The facility is always immaculate, the staff take a lot of price in making the place spotless, even vacuuming while you're working out, lol, I appreciate the attention to detail. Very supportive management team and staff is really nice and friendly. There's tons of equipment for every type of workout you want to do, boxing bags , pool, sauna , steam room, this location has it all , right behind the gym there is a hidden trail you should definitely check out ?
