  I recently moved in and have been here a month now. As a single parent with a young child, safety, kid friendly, and quiet were my priorities in an apartment. There are many families here with kids of all ages, there is room to let them run and be kids, and the whole place is overall pretty peaceful. I do hear my neighbors on occasion, but it is mild compared to other places. Everyone has been pleasant. The compactor is an annoyance, but if that's the only real "issue", I can't complain. I love my giant patio and am looking forward to giving it a personal touch.

  Great place to live! I have lived here for about 3 years now and couldnt ask for a better place to call home the location is great and the staff is wonderful too.

  We've lived here since March 2020 and it is a fantastic plaec to live!! The fireplace is great during the cold months and maintenance always responds quickly

  I have been a resident for a few years now. Marco, Brittany, Jackie, and Ashley from the office are wonderful. In fact everyone I have encountered has always been helpful and courteous. While I have had some issues, the maintenance and office staff have always worked to resolve the issues promptly and professionally. It’s a great community.

  I went inta parts department n was greeted as I walked in even with Rick bein busy with other customers. I looked around a bit n Rick came over as soon as he finished up with the other people. He made me feel right at home n very welcome. I was only gonna buy a connector but after this kinda employee, me n my wife ended up buying alot more.
  I just wanna have Rick acknowledged as a Great Benefit ta the company. Taday we went n picked up everthin we'd ordered n got the same reception as before. Very impressed with the knowledge, friendliness n the way he goes outta his way ta help folks.

  First impression this company was excellent with attention to serving my needs. My husband and I had made our mind up that Tear drop was our desire. Delivery went well a repair was made before we ever left the lot. Thank you to Bill in sales and Lacee in service.
