  I haven't had a chance to see the mansion tour because of covid but the park itself is well kept with lots of trees and they are planting more, not too crowded either so that's a plus.

  Beautiful 117 year old mansion. Dedicated to Mr Kearney the original land owner. 2 stories...soon to be three of beautiful furnishings and history. $6 , Not a bad way to spend a day at the park

  Visit the Kearney Mansion for the annual Civil War reenactment ... very informative!! The battle scene is amazing!! Wear ear protection if sensitive to loud explosions (canons). Also, meet and great Abraham Lincoln and other icons such as Harriet Tubman. Visit the Doctors station...who would have known that the first stitches evolved from silk to horse hair and the benefits of it.

  I want expecting the park, so the palm tree and azalea drive in was a pleasant surprise. The park was nice, with many reunions going on. If you are on a road trip and needed a place to stop and let the kids and pup run free for a bit , this would be a great place. Then stop into this Victorian home. Tours are the only way to see it. Call to check on times. It was very interesting with a lot of original furnishings,.pictures and such. Amber did a great job or tour. You do have to pay to get into the park to get to the home. 5 per car for the park, and $6 per adult for the home. The house tour is about an hour.
