Jiayi’s teriyaki grill

This is my second time coming here I got the roast pork sandwich each time. The first time was the best pork sandwich I’ve ever had in my life but this time, was even better than the first time. I trust these people with my pork sandwich so much I would let them babysit my children. The service is impeccable. They truly care about your food they ask you questions to make sure you get it the right way that you want it. I have so much respect for this establishment. I wish we had this in my town. This is a perfect representation of the nature of Cuban people. God bless these people. God bless this pork sandwich.

Kim’s Cubans is my #1 Cuban sandwich spot. They are located in a strip mall on MLK, on your way home to Brandon from work in Tampa. (I call my order in and it’s always ready for me to pick up.)

I usually get an all-the-way pressed, which ends up loaded with my favorite meats and nice and juicy from ample fresh lettuce, tomato and mayo. That’s just the way I like them! I’ve asked them to add or subtract ingredients and they always get it right.

They frequently have coupons in the local coupon book, as well as a rewards card for frequent customers like myself.

Eat in (humble eating area with a TV) or take out, they’re the best Cuban sandwich in town!

Been there probably 10 times, consistently good every visit, The Cuban has pulled pork instead of sliced which I'm more of a fan, 6" Cuban, chips and a drink for $5.50 is an unbeatable price. Love this place and I am spreading the word. Thanks Kim❤️❤️❤️

Was just up there about 15 minutes ago, not a very good look for you guys not to be wearing a mask while preparing food, especially with a spike in cases, just a heads up love the food.

I had the teriyaki plate today with vegetable tempura and it was so good! It was fresh off the grill and the tempura was cooked just right. I also loved the side of sunomono. My husband also sampled my plate that I picked up on my way home and said it was delicious! I will definitely be back. The service was great as well. I placed my order over the phone and it was ready with in 10 minutes.

My Family and I stopped by to try out the New Spot in town. We ordered numbers
#2(White)Grilled Chicken Combo, #7 Grilled Teriyaki pork, #9 Tempura Shrimp and Chips.
The food was Amazing!!!! My favorite was definitely the pork!!! Perfectly cooked! Chicken nice and juicy, everything cooked perfectly. I wish them a great new start, and Welcome them to my neighborhood. Definitely will be coming back...oh did I mention portions are awesome!
