Clean and dry. Some difficulty getting to my Unit. There was usually a camper or motorhome stored across from me. We had to move to another unit. No more problems.
This is a very affordable storage facility. They offer all sizes in storage that are all well weatherproof. My belongings had been stored for almost 3 years. I recently retrieved everything from furniture to boxes. Very little dust if at all and no signs of any bugs nor other damage to speak of due to storage maintenance. Everyone on there staff are friendly and helpful. As with any facility you must leave your unit as you recieved it to avoid charges. Located right off Shaw avenue and Freeway 99 running along Golden State highway, this makes for easy access and very convenient. There are also hours of service due to a security gate that is locked after hours. When needs of where to place your precious items are an issue this is a place of safe keeping.
Cheapest prices ,pretty good customer service,but its a bit run down and not the best area
