Shree is a wonderful, polite, easy going individual that takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable and that you understand what is happening with your treatment and why it is happening. I have dealt with a lot of different providers in my lifetime and I can tell you that I have never been more comfortable seeing a provider for my mental health needs then I am with seeing Shree. “Kentfield Hospital San Francisco saved My Life. The Staff on the 6th floor are amazing. They became My Family I was so lucky and blessed that My Son had me transported there after I got Covid-19 back in December in San Jose, Ca. I was scared and confused when I woke up and I am sure I gave the Staff a hard time. I don't watch TV much and I'm not religious. I herd over the intercom that St Mary's Mass was at 11:00 I do pop into Church now and then so I asked Micheal how to put it on. The word for that day was stop trying to go your own way when it is not wrong for you and just surrender to let god show You the direction. As soon as I did I started trusting the Staff and let them be in control. One of the things I was amazed about was that there were so many different types of Medical Professionals in one place within a phone call away. A other thing is that it was a learning Hospital I learned a lot and when they were ready the Students would come on the floor and lend a helping hand to the patients. The Occupational therapists and Physical therapists got me back on my feet again the harder they worked the harder I tried. Respiratory therapist know what they are doing and they are compassionate. I don't know if you know what it feels like when you can not breath but I feel like I am going to die when I looked at the therapists eyes he told me to breathe like he dose slow slow breath in and breath out then I got my breath back. Everyday I would see my Guardian Angle Lola Lola because we are both Grand Mother She was always there when I needed her.”

“The employees at this location provided excellent customer service. Sometimes the drive-thru window gets long so there's a little bit longer wait but the food is made right there in front of me and the employees are very friendly. This particular visit I watched as another customer was worried his order would not be complete so he was checking his items and the employees here continued being friendly and engaging in conversation with both me and the other customer well steadily working to fill orders. I think the management at this location is doing a great job and the employees have a positive attitude that reflects that. Also this location was very clean!”

“I have been to many Doctors through out Fresno County. For some reason I have always found the quacks. They never listen or try to make me feel incompetent. I used to see a Doctor that used to question me about life. Asking all kinds of crazy questions. One of the questions was how do you feel about your life? I said I feel content. From the questions the Doctor was asking me the subject was brought up about my divorce. He said that's your problem its because you are content with your life that was the reason for your divorce. I was totally floored. So because I was content my ex husband cheated on me and I divorced him. The Doctor said yes it was all your fault! I was totally heart broken again and never went back to that doctor. My point is, is that its so very hard to find a Doctor that truly cares about you as a person. That takes their time to listen and explain. I see Doctor Querol at this Easton office. He's such a great Doctor, has a great sense of humor and explains. Every time I talk about my Doctor I ALWAYS say I have the best Doctor in the world! I pray I will always be able to see him. I drive from mid Fresno just to go see him because I know I won't be judged, insulted or belittled.”

I'm pretty picky about my haircuts and almost always have one slight complaint after a haircut but not in this case. My hair came out looking perfect, my favorite haircut to date. My diagnosis is complicated and he took the info he gathered at the appt. back to a team of doctors that would be used to make a diagnosis for conference in order to make the best decision. The lung nodule program at UCSF Fresno is so much better than it was in 2013, thanks to some awesome gifted doctors they now have.”

We covered my entire migraine history, past and current medications and she made it very comfortable. I left really feeling that we had a plan. I had previously called seven different offices trying to schedule an appointment, and this was the only office that offered to call me if someone cancels. I couldn't believe I got a call back on the same day to schedule an appointment for the following week. The people at the front desk were extremely professional and beyond friendly. It was very welcoming and felt like I had been to the office before even though it was my first time there. The actual exam was very thorough. I actually learned quite a lot about my vision and the tools associated with the exam. (probably not important to most people but I thought it was pretty cool.)
