The AlphaGraphics person with whom I discussed my design ideas understood precisely what I intended, and stayed in communication with me, as necessary, throughout the project. AlphaGraphics sent me an initial draft image of the card as they intended to print it, which I could make changes to, if I wished, or approve without changes I approved it without changes -- the draft image was exactly what I wanted. I came in at a little bit of an off-time, later in the evening. I understand when it's a slow time sometimes things aren't the freshest and my nuggets were not. There was a young man I believe he's a shift manager his name is Brian he took care of me through and through. What a great young man. Very refreshing to see in a world where workers are always disgruntled! He needs a heafty raise!!”

He told me they had them in stock and could fit me in the same day. When I got there, they were backed up due to staffing issues. I was perfectly willing to wait.
