  Amazing staff & care. Amanda & Dr. Fechner completed my work well under the allowed appt time with fantastic results. Great bedside manner!!! Relaxed atmosphere which helps to calm the nerves. 😊

  I've had appointments canceled a lot but that might just be bad luck (ob visits, snow storms, doctors out of office). Overall, the service here is great and everyone is friendly. I don't like the dentist and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

  My very first time in this office that getting work done and such amazing environment, all the staff are great They help you in any way possible, very caring about your. . I left a dentist after 15 Years, this clean an most refreshing dentist office with great staff wonderful doctor..

  I have only had positive experiences at this office. From the ladies up at the front to the dental assistants in the back, I have felt comfortable and respected here. I've always been very consistent with my dental visits, and my cleanings with Tran have been honestly the best cleanings I've ever received. My exam with Dr. Fechner was extremely thorough, and it made me feel like I haven't been well taken care of at previous offices where I've been a patient. I know for a fact I've found my new dental 'home'! I will definitely be sending my friends and family here. I'd give this office a 10/10 if I could!

  I am very afraid of the dentist and had to force myself to schedule an appointment . Everyone in the office including the front office and the dental assistants are so kind and truly cares about you . I thought i would leave not knowing a proper treatment plan as this has been my experience visiting other dentists but this was not the case. I was walked through everything start to finish and got everything i needed to accomplish . I have a better quality of life and will tell everyone that is looking for a new dentist to come to Olathe West Dentistry .
