I had a great experience while purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I inquired about a vehicle posted online and with in minutes Natalia had messaged me back. As I made my way to the dealership she got the car pulled up outside and met me as I arrived. After a walk around and test drive I decided to purchase. I came with my own financing which was little bit different than what they had used before but Natalia worked with her team and myself to make sure everything went smooth. Richard worked out the details with me and led me through the signature process. Richard and I had great conversations and he made the process simple and easy all while ensuring he presented and friendly atmosphere. All and all I would say that this was one of my top three car buying experiences and would highly recommend going in and meeting Natalia.

The only thing I would say that wasn’t what I would expect was they took the car to “put gas” in it. I assumed this meant it would be filled up (it was on empty) but after I drove off I noticed that there was only 1/4 tank of gas. This made me chuckle a little bit. Seems to me that a full tank of gas should be one of the perks when buying a vehicle. Not a huge deal, everything else was top notch!!

It was AMAZING!!! I would return again and again. This is my second automobile with you guys, and I am just as thrilled as the first time! Marc was INCREDIBLE!!!! His expertise and personable manner helped everything go so well. Sam handled everything with grace and a keen eye for detail!! They also completed my papers and gave information, in addition to displaying their wonderful personality. I'll never forget what happened to me! I'm pleased and grateful to have worked with such a wonderful group of folks.

I visited PH Mitsubishi in search of my new toy and Ivan Sanchez greeted me with such great energy and enthusiasm! Honestly one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Not only was he very knowledgeable on a wide variety of vehicles and the features they had, but he took the time to listen and gather the information for what type of car I was interested in—not to mention he was able to flawlessly answer each and every little question I had about the features some cars had. Ultimately, he paired me up with my new 330i and I cannot recommend Ivan enough! Overall, it was a wonderful buying experience and I’ll definitely be recommending him to my family and friends!

Great job to everyone involve. Maroon the general manager also did an excellent job assuring us about the service we would get after making the purchase from them.

So with that said, when driving the car down the street to lunch we saw that the low tire pressure indicator came on. We brought the car back and they checked it out. Driving back home we noticed that the light was still on. Getting home we noticed that the car’s front tire was very low.

My wife called Maroon and he said to bring it back in and he would take care of the problem weather it was the sensor or the tire.

We felt comfortable and the team made it a great experience and of course my wife loves the car.

I've gone to other Starbuck shops in Fresno and have not experienced the great customer service they gave me here. They were very friendly when I asked for espresso pods.

The drive through line was long but they got to us quickly and our drinks were great as always.
