Whoever answers the phone has always been nice and pleasant. Any questions, they will answer. I love the fact that when they say they don’t have the answer in front of them and they would like to call you back, they actually do, and it’s right away. I have never had to wait a long time for a call back. Very professional.

Best place to get your insurance!! I came from a smaller insurance company making higher payments for insurance through a company I had never heard of. I called in and Ada assisted me through changing from my old insurance company to Allstate and it was the best move I could have made!! Ada made my insurance payment go WAY DOWN and I have WAY better coverage than through my old insurance company!! I am really impressed because everywhere I called quoted me higher than what I had.
