Amazing employees always so helpful

We were recently shopping around for a new homeowner's insurance policy, and after shopping around, not satisfied with our search, we finally came across this State Farm office. After pre-screening with a State Farm rep. on the phone, we were transferred to Jadira.

We purchased our new policy through this office, the customer service was friendly. We never felt dismissed, nor pressured. The experience overall was outstanding, friendly, approachable, easy, and professional. The prompt and urgency that Jadira demonstrated to assist us was excellent.

State Farm is great! We have had our vehicles covered with them for as long as we have been driving, also, we have our homeowners insurance with them as well. We are very happy with Jeanette William!!! We would never want to work with anyone else to insure us and our belongings!
