(October 2, 2018, 1:48 pm)When we first came to this bank we gave it a 1 star review also. But we decided to give it another chance and are glad we did. That was a couple of years ago and we have been happy with the personnel ever since. The people are great - the bank as a service institution needs much improvement. They need to offer more services to be competitive with other banks, and better rewards, especially for loyal customers and/or high balance customers.
