“Last week I had broken valve stem on my tire. When I went in, the woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.. She also looked familiar... I noticed a certificate with the name Armen Petrosyan and it clicked! It turned out he opened up this shop aside from another Good Guys here in town! Armen helped my family years ago at another location he owned here in Fresno. He took very good care of my grandmother, myself, and a few other members of my family. Armen and his wife are one of the nicest most genuine people you can meet. It was like we haven't seen each other for months versus years because Armen came right up and asked how I was as well as my family, etc. He is one person whom you want to keep your business with because he is an honest guy. I struggled trying to find a mechanic besides him in town after he closed years ago... Not saying there aren't good mechanics in Fresno, but Armen's personality, his abilities as a mechanic, and as an owner are what I remembered about him even today. I am grateful to have ran into him and his wife again (nice woman at the front desk). Put it this way, all I had to know was he owns this shop for me to bring my business in from this point onward. I highly recommend Armen and his crew for services. You couldn't ask for a better mechanic than Armen and I would recommend any friend of mine or any one else I know to him with 100% confidence. Not to mention the great sense of humor and upbeat demeanor that Billy always has. 12/2/2020 UPDATE: Took our Suburban in for regular service and a check engine light. The check engine light issue turned out to be a throttle body repair that was going to cost upwards of $900. I was ready to pay for it and prior to the completion of the work Complete Car Care called me an advised me of the Valley CAN program that could help offset some of that cost. It was a quick and simple phone call and it save me over $800 off that repair bill as the program paid these guy via voucher for that amount and I paid the balance. CCC could have easily just let me pay the full bill, but they took the time to help me out and were also knowledgeable about the program. Great customer service!!!”

“This mechanic has very fair pricing. But I just wish that they would have given more consideration when explaining to me what other repairs my car might need. I have gotten several things repaired here at their shop. They have always done the repairs in a timely manner. The last time I went, I wanted to get my rack & pinion replaced. It was pricey but a lot cheaper than anywhere else I had been for quotes. I thought it was the source of a creaking noice that has been getting worse and worse every day. They did replace it but now my car seems to be making a strange clicking noise when I turn as well. It didn't do that before. And the creaking is still there too. It also feels weird while I drive. The mechanic told me what else I need done but I wish he could have been more specific. Now I am forced to Google the importance of the repairs as well as deal with the worry of breaking down on the highway. Some peace of mind would have been appreciated.”
