“TBH you really don't expect much from the dentist's office. It's always the same old small talk, then you're out with your floss and toothbrush. NOT AT THIS PLACE! From the moment I walked in, I said hey giiiiiiiiirl haaaaay, and they instantly replied back hey boi haaaaay. And this was just the beginning. The dental hygienist was so friendly, gave me some pointers for my already great teeth, then came my meeting with the dentist Jack Ohanesian. He was so young and full of energy, and we connected on living in San Francisco! I currently still do live there while he used to. Overall the bleaching service was perfection, the staff was excellent, and the dentist was tremendous. He has my loyalty from here on out. Thaaaaaaanks!!!”

“Since my hair is one length to mid-hip, I called ahead to be certain the stylist would have the time for me. I needed a shampoo, blowout, flat iron and simple trim. I spoke to the manager who stated there would be 3 stylists after 3:30 pm on a Tues. At one point in the conversation about my needs, she told me that they don't usually accommodate hair length longer than at the waist. I have been using this location at least 3 times in the past with no problem. When I arrived, there was only one Stylist, Michelle, who informed me there were scheduling issues and she is alone. However, she was very sweet and took care of all of my needs. We enjoyed each other in conversation. She knew exactly what/ how to do it. I only gave 4 stars due to the Managers attitude regarding my specific hair needs. It seemed to me that she really just didn't want to serve me.”
