“Sprouts Farmers Market has a wonderful selection of fresh produce and healthy food options. Organic and vegetarian selections are available as well as a deli counter where you can order freshly prepared sandwiches. I tried the Sprouts brand frozen strawberry fruit popsicles when I last shopped here. They were refreshing and delicious as well as being so much healthier than a regular popsicle. The store also has a great selection of vitamins and supplements to address many health needs. The store was nice and clean as well as being stocked and well organized. Shopping here is a place experience.”

“Jagmeet Chann is an extraordinary, compassionate, and wise psychiatrist, which I feel is very rare in the field of psychiatry. Most do not spend time to talk with you, only prescribing pills, but Dr. Chann conducted both talk therapy sessions as well as prescribed the medications that propped me up during my darkest days. She also pointed me in the direction of a practice of meditation, which was the real game-changer. She suggested I read The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle, which gave me insight into the nature of the mind, and the first ray of hope that I could experience inner peace. Within six months of daily 10 minute meditation practice, I was completely off the medications for anxiety and depression and I was able to discontinue my sessions and feel hopeful. By about a year into regular meditation practice, I was cured: my happiness and peace are secure no matter what life may bring me. I have been meaning to write this review for a few years now, because I have such appreciation for this pivotal person in my life.
