“We called One Stop to clean the carpets in two houses. It was a last minute job, and the owner (Abel) was able to fit us in on a busy Saturday. One Stop was punctual, and in fact, after texting to verify that an earlier arrival would work with our schedule, he and his crew arrived earlier than scheduled. One Stop showed pride in the work they did and made sure that we were satisfied with the job before leaving. They were even able to get out a stubborn coffee stain that had eluded other previous cleaning. They also cleaned a favorite reading chair that has been loved to death, and made it look almost new again! The carpets in both houses look great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend One Stop for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.”

“This store is amazing. That was one shirt out of who knows how many. I work there and I know for a fact that you did get an apology for that shirt. I had called that girl to get that shirt for you after you called the Perrin store (and were rude to me by the way) and she was busy but she still went and got that shirt for you because she knew it was important. She didn't even know what was going on with your shirt. You actually ruined her day because you were rude to her. Going only one time is not reason enough to assume that we don't have good quality. We have loyal customers who come every single week and some every other day. Please respect the fact that things happen sometimes. As much as we try, we're not perfect. But things like this rarely happen. If you would have cooled down, we would have replaced the shirt for you. We're known for compensating when people get their clothes ruined. We're sorry about the shirt, however. Things happen. Oh, and the "tomorrow" that you're talking about was a Saturday, and we're not closed. Take a look at our hours. The Palm store was open from 9AM-2PM. You decided to go when we were closed. Not our fault you didn't see it. We are just as pricey as Martinizing and Jones, but if you want quality then it's going to cost you. If you don't, then go somewhere cheaper.”
