“I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everyone from the security guards to Palmer and Teddy who helped me with my issues were well informed and helpful. Everyone was fantastic. I had to go back to get a statement from my employer, got it the next day. When I took the statement in the room was filled but people were processed very quickly. I was in and out in a half hour. They all were very professional, pleasant and knew what they were doing . I highly recommend this location. Another location was the opposite. It was as if the public was supposed to serve them not as if they should be serving the public:(. At this location it was like the staff enjoyed making people wait!!”
