From the very beginning, the team at TSJG made me feel accepted, despite never have worked at a senior facility. They made me feel comfortable and answered all of the questions I had. The entire director team made me feel at home as soon as I arrived, which allowed me to come out of my shell much quicker than normal. Our residents are second to none and also welcomed me with open arms and masked faces! This truly is a family environment. Every day I GET to come to work. Yes, I look forward to Fridays and the weekend with my family but on Sundays, I am looking forward to coming back to work. That has never been the case!
