The Float therapy was an unprecedented and relaxing experience, with an innovative concept. -

(June 22, 2020, 12:20 pm)Zivel is one of those hidden gems in Bakersfield that is about to get very busy and very hard to get into. They offer several therapies, like Cryotherapy and Infrared Sauna, both of which I have tried. But my favorite is the float therapy.
I’d heard of this before but had never tried it until Zivel. Being quiet and still … for a whole hour … is something I rarely do, so I thought that this might be good for me. I have really enjoyed each session and even fell asleep in one of them recently. One of the unexpected benefits was that floating has really helped my jacked-up neck. I didn’t know that it would help relax those muscles and I can move my head more easily now. Talk about a win-win.
You’ve got to check this place out for yourself, before they fill up every single appointment and you have a hard time getting in. -
