  Katy helped my husband and I find and purchase our first home. When we told her the home we wanted was not on the market she didn't shy away. She quickly got to work with a plan and a few months later we were in our dream home. There were a few crazy things along the way but Katy quickly came to our defense and made sure they were solved; finding squatters in the house the day we were supposed to close was just one part of the crazy. Katy wasted no time getting the appropriate people involved and triple inspecting the house to make sure there was no damage. She went above and beyond her realtor duties and we are so thankful for her diligence! We highly recommend Katy and The Glentzer Group.

  In short, you can’t go wrong with Katy because she rocks!
  When I moved to Bakersfield from out-of-state I chose Katy to help us find a home because of a recommendation from a friend and we will recommend her to anyone that will listen!
  It wasn’t the typical realtor things, like knowledge and automated listings that made our experience great. It was Katy’s genuine concern and effort to help find the right home for our situation and then make the transition less painful than it could be and protect us as buyers as well as future sellers. She went out of her way so many times, which saved us time, money and headache. Her contacts for a loan, inspections, carpet and handyman work also made life easier for us.

  Katy helped my family get into our dream (fixer-upper) home. She delivered an incredible price during her negotiations with the seller, worked closely with our lender to ensure our renovation loan went through, and even spent several days with the police and seller's family to kick-out squatters who had illegally moved in while we were in escrow and the home was empty. There is no doubt that Katy single-handedly made our dream a reality. I would highly recommend Katy and the Glentzer Group to anyone needing a top notch realtor to deliver any/all home buying/selling needs.

  i am fortunate to have known Katy and John in a personal way before hiring them to represent us in a business relationship. It is because of their great character and honor, their devotion to all they strive for and their dedication to excellence that I knew we had to have them care for the sale of our home. We were out of state for the entire process and yet I knew I had nothing to stress about with this more than capable couple at the helm.   We loved finding our home with John! He is warm and caring and fun and unbelievably patient. He made us feel like family and found us our perfect home. He knew what we wanted better than we did and never let us stray. He is part agent and part marriage counselor. He took care of every detail from start to finish. Even a year later, we know we can call John anytime and know we can get an answer within the hour. John is so talented and I would say that I can't wait to work with him again, but we love our home so much I don't think we will ever leave.
