  Being a service writer myself i appreciate Joanne's honsty most people would be offended with her response she was straight up from the beginning in a professional manner and that is very hard to find she has confidence in her decisions and knows how to get her point made and that is why my wife and I made our choice to have our BMW repaired at your establishment thank you

  Main line hangs up before answering. Though frustrated with this repeated issue, I ended up getting another number and spoke to two very thoughtful and helpful individuals (Karen & Leslie). Thank you!

  Never had a problem obtaining any legal documents from here. Exceptional service from knowledgeable and friendly staff!
  This time they raked me through hot coals and still wouldn’t let me obtain my grand daughter’s birth certificate! On a scale from 1-10 they earned a 4

  So my review is for the register of deeds itself and its staff. My only negative experience ever is just the courthouse itself: parking and security screening etc. If all of the staff members are busy someone will at least speak with you and see what they can assist you with and direct you to the form that needs to be filled out. Very quick turnaround here with not much waiting time. Staff has always been super friendly and genuinely helpful. Better than a lot of other counties!

  Best people to work with, especially Issa and Connie. Very accommodating and thorough. They did an excellent job on my vehicles. I highly recommend them.
