  First impressions are everything! Woody specifically went above and way beyond my expectations. He is an educator at heart and clearly loves what he does. Tim in the front office made me feel very confident about the work performed (brake actuator) and also at ease for months and years to come. My 2010 Prius is running like a CHAMP! I am extremely happy with the way everything turned out. You guys are the problem solving PROS!

  Tim and Kris are bringing a ton of value to Prius owners. The Reprius team can do anything you need for any generation Toyoto Prius.
  I went in after 3 yrs of dealing with my odometer/speedometer/gas cluster going dark repeatedly. It finally went dark for good. Tim and Kris diagnosed the issue over text! I was in the shop with in 12 hrs of first contacting them and I had a fully working odometer cluster working in my car 90 minutes after coming in. The Reprius team is lightening fast, very competent, and friendly.

  I own a 2010 Toyota Prius and have been to RePrius multiple times over the past year and I am extremely grateful to have found them!
  
  I first contacted RePrius in April 2019 because my Prius was getting hybrid battery errors and, of course, the Toyota dealer wanted to only provide one very expensive option. But, RePrius offered to run some tests, battery ventilation cleaning, and go over all the options with me. Then, in November of 2019, my Prius had some major engine issues (which is common with my model) and RePrius did a complete engine rebuild, some transmission service, sway bar repair, and many other small things. Finally, most recently, I took my car to RePrius in February 2020 for an engine check up, A/C recharge, brake actuator repair, and steering column rattle fix.
  
  Each time I have dealt with RePrius, I appreciated their flexibility/availability, customer service, and honesty. They give you all the possible options and go over the pros and cons of each. They are mindful of your situation, schedule, and budget. They have honored their warranties and work. Their extensive knowledge of the Toyota Prius is impressive and comprehensive. On top of all that, they provide the convenience of being able to text them about the issues, scheduling, and updates throughout the repair process. And ultimately, I think their pricing is always fair, reasonable, and good for the value.
  
  [Bonus Info: After I got my car back in my most recent repair in February, I tested it out for a while. Everything was great and here is the text I sent them: “The A/C works great, there is no clanking or rattling at all, the brakes aren’t fluctuating, and I no longer hear that pump running buzz noise. My wife and I have both said that it almost feels like a new car! Very grateful for the smoother driving and braking. Anyways, just wanted to let you know that everything is going very well so far and we are very thankful for all the work RePrius did.”]

  Chris is a great Prius mechanic / technician. He is fair in pricing at the fraction of the cost at Bill Wright. I will be returning.
