  Paul! Was awesome he came in ready to help us with our AC unit. He was very thorough, patient, polite , informative and precise. I would recommend NxGen to my family and friends any day. They have great employees here.

  I am very thankful, grateful, and exceptionally pleased with NexGen HVAC & Plumbing. I ditto similar reviews with respect to their superior ability to provide quality diagnostic, assessment and estimate of the ac/heating unit on the day of their visit. Their professionalism and expertise exceeded my expectations. This Company is Outstanding. Their employees are very polite, professional, highly skilled, thorough sales representative and technicians. Terrence was prompt, professional, extremely efficient, thorough in assessing and evaluating my ac/heating unit. Thank you, Terrence. Tim Eagleson was absolutely amazing, kind, caring, very professional, prompt, conscientious, extremely knowledgeable, and in doing so, thoroughly provided detailed information regarding system units specifications, warranties, options, etc... He exhibited exemplary care and concern regarding my heating AC/Heating needs while thoroughly describing the various options and specs. The AC technicians, Gustavo and Arturo also were Outstanding. They arrived promptly, very professional, covering the floors leading to the work area, and performed quality work in installing the Heating and AC unit to include thermostat. The AC runs perfectly distributing cool air evenly to both the 1st and 2nd floor. What a relief!!! The AC technicians thoroughly cleaned up after the installation. I sincerely appreciated the immediate follow-up from the company after the installation was completed. I received both a text and phone call. I gave a rating of 5 Outstanding. Needless to say, as you can see from my review that I am extremely pleased and happy with the work from NexGen HVAC and Plumbing. I highly recommend them. Thank you again, Tim, Terrence, Gustavo and Arturo. You're the best!!!!

  Tech George G. And Dave T. Are Absolutely the best a/c guys we worked with. I want to thank Next-gen air for their response and professionalism. George and Dave came out today and did the install the condenser for us THE SAME DAY!! Thank you

  We had a very good experience with Tim. He was professional and courteous. The team that came out to do the install. Right on time clean and professional. Took their time to do it right...We are very happy..Glad we called:)

  Recently my a/c was having some issues and i contacted NexGen to come out and check it out...my technician Zach came out and explained thoroughly what the issue was. He was helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and i appreciate that...my a/c was fixed that same day
  I recommend them 100% this business is honest and reliable (which is very hard to find these days)
