(October 28, 2019, 2:06 am)I haven't been to Party City to shop for Halloween costumes in years, it used to be too chaotic! I must say that I was pleasantly surprised this time around. They have an employee back by the costumes to help with the inventory and pulling costumes from the back room, then you pick up the costumes at a table around the corner. They have makeshift fitting rooms that are tiny, but do the job. The cashier was a little grouchy, but overall it was a enjoyable trip!
