    Essence was amazing! She was so patient with me and my husband. We had a great time and she was very helpful walking around the entire store. We came in mainly looking for a bed and got ALL the items we needed for our new home. Thank so much Essence!

    Came into Ashley, already knew what I wanted but wanted to see the items in person. Essence (salesperson) greater me and gave me space to search. Found other items that I liked more than my online search. Essence was able to build my cart, get the delivery date scheduled and take my down payment. Bedroom done ✅ I’ll be back for more!! Great service!!

    Overall I had a great experience shopping there yesterday! Brianna was so helpful and sweet. The manager on duty (I think his name was Rick) honored all of the online promotions.

    Listen if you want a wonderful customer service experience at this store ask for Chrissy Smith. She is AWESOME! She is very attentive, professional and nice. She really helps you find what is best for you without trying to push items on you. She is a top sales person in my book. I will be sending all my folks to her.
