I had a great experience at my first appointment with Dr Casteen. She’s very thorough and extremely caring of my needs. Because I am a Lupus and RA patient she explained everything I needed to know about the meds I take that can cause problems with my eyes. She welcomed me in herself and made me feel comfortable.
I had a positive experience with Calloway Eyecare. Carmen was friendly and helpful. Dr Casteen was knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and thoughtfully address my concerns. I had a minor error on the billing and Carmen took care of it immediately. The wait was a little long but I left feeling that it was worth it. Thank you Calloway Eyecare!
I was recommended to Dr. Casteen by a friend. When I arrived I was greated by Carmen. She was fabulous! She talked to me while I waited, offered me refreshments, and asked if I wanted anything quite a few times while waiting to see the Dr. Once I was taken back to the patient room, Dr. Casteen was very thorough with my exam and was quick! She recommended some great options for me for eye care and where I can get glasses my insurance accepts. I recommend this office to all of my friends and family!

I had a recent visit with her for an eye emergency. Her office was hard to find the wait was a little long but she was informative and very knowledgeable. I recommend Dr Casteen most doctors would even see me because I have Kern Family she did!
