  Had several issue ms with my vehicles as my wife and I conducted a cross country move with many of our belongings in our car. Carlos, the worker at the front, was more than helpful with our situation. He bent over backwards to get us a time slot (despite it being a “booked” day), talked me through the quote and reason for what work needed to be done, and was the kindest person I’ve ever worked with in the automobile sector. I would come here again and encourage friends/family to do the same.

  This tire store is the most reasonable and professional. They really want to get your work done well and get you back out on the road. Easy in and out location right on Rosedale. If you somehow don’t know about this place, just go. You’ll see.

  I used to shop at Big Brand Tire back in the 80s but when I moved to the West Side there was no Big Brand Tire so it was too far for me to drive downtown although my tires were taken care of over the years when they open Big Brand Tire on Rosedale I realized that I that more and more people are wanting to use them on this side of town so they put one out here just for me laugh out loud and I just experienced the most wonderful problem solving and I do not think I would ever get this kind of service at any one of the other stores that I was using on my situation I came in with a smile on my face to set the tone they really didn't want to hear my explanation because they already knew they were going to fix it a hundred and 10% and I couldn't figure out why most people would have to come in with proof with this with that explain write letters beg the manager they gave me more than I ever expected they made the service simple the appreciated me coming back instead of taking my business elsewhere and just leave it at that and complain online or two others they come in contact with I recommend Big Brand Tire all your tire brakes alignment replacement repair needs and I know they do more then just that there what I had experienced it's something all the other tire shops need to do they will have more return business I wish I can just pass out coupons and gift cards to all my friends just so they would try Big Brand Tire it's like a good food it's something you will want to keep ordering again and again I think all those boys down there at Big Brand Tire on Rosedale Highway they kept me safe they also made recommendations that no one else did which shows there talent and professionalism and how they care they also taught me a lot of things I didn't know about my own car tires and things I will need in the future course I asked for their help so I highly suggest everyone go to Big Brand Tire on Rosedale and ask for their help my name is Faith Darling I also work for Allstate Insurance and we can all help each other out keeping each other safe

  I've been doing business with Big Brand Tire for almost two years now they have done me right. They never try to upsell me something I don't need or can't afford and that is truly appreciated. This is especially important and true when it comes to car/truck work and mechanics in general because a few have soiled the trust for most. Kyle & Carlos were both very effective, professional and completely transparent. Carlos even went over the free tire rotation service every 4000-5000 miles. Thank you Big Brand! Keep doing the right thing!

  The guys here on great they do their job very well. They will treat you really kind and they're fast and reliable. I would definitely come here again if i need any tire service done.
