  I lived there for 4yrs. I bought a single-wide trailer for a alright price. I had to do a lot of work before it even was livable. I put in over 10,000 in it but that was ok because it was my forever home. Well that was short lived. Melissa the Mgr.left and after that everything went to HELL. Some management company took over and who,what & anything they could cheat they did. They filed a eviction on me but never served me with any court documents. I didnt know what was going on until the night before Sheriffs came out. They put my property in trash 5 days later. I could tell you much more stuff but not enough space. Just know its a scam they sell trailers find reason kick you out & resale the trailer again. They put everything i owned they into the trash 5 days after being evicted. My Tv's and computers and anything else that was nice the guys throwing the stuff out kept things. EVERTHING I AM STATING IN THIS REVIEW I CAN BACK UP WITH EVIDENCE, WITNESS, & DOCUMENTS. I get nothing out of writing this i just want people to know before they end up spending their life saving on their forever home to just end up living in a shelter. I am so broken from what these people did to me, I will never be able to recover from this. But im going after them legally & every way i can. I own the trailer in space 45. Go there talk to others they will tell you the same & investigate before making your discussion to buy from them Dont just base it on what im saying.

  absolutely love it here ! nice & quiet, the manager is very attentive & understanding. no weirdos walking around, no one being loud or crazy. everythings always nice & clean ! if i could give more stars i would !

  Quiet, clean, and friendly. I’ve been here for about a year and a half now and I’ve had nothing but a good experience. Melissa the manager is a joy to be around and also speak with. She’s helpful, patient and goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. The park itself is pretty quiet and there’s little to no foot traffic. It’s in a nice secluded area which keeps the atmosphere peaceful and bright. 12/10 would definitely recommend!!

  Bakersfield Mobile Home Park is a great place to live. It is quiet, clean, the park manager (Melissa) is professional. I am so happy I found this little place to live.
