Great folks to deal with. Honest & fair storage at a reasonable cost. Overall exceeded my expectations.

Very friendly staff. Fast and efficient processing paperwork for storage unit. Open 7 days a week. including holidays for gate entrance only to access your unit. Facility closes at 9:00 PM.
Secure with adequate lighting . Manager's live onsite. Clients have access to restrooms,, located towards the back left corner area near the vehicle storage area. A little pricey, but worth it low theft rate.

I had a great experience with North Chester Mini Storage. I reserved an excellent spot about 3 weeks before I needed it, and the manager Brendan was so kind to honor the discount. He also pushed the reservation back twice so I can move in on my set move in date. He even showed the unit to my family members because I was not able to make it. North Chester Mini storage provides an affordable, well maintained, & safe facility. At no time in almost 4 years as a tenant, was I concerned about my personal belongings, other than some dust collecting on my boxes etc. Their management team is professional & reasonable when accommodations might be needed, such as facility access or rent payment.
I would recommend North Chester Mini Storage to anyone. Bear in mind that it’s an outdoor, non-climate controlled facility.
Tips: Wrap all your un-boxed items in plastic. Lay a few rows of 2x4’s on the floor of your unit, stack everything ontop. Do your moving in the morning hours, it gets hot quick.
