Joshua in sales helped me get my 2023 Camry along with the Amazing Day time manager who works numbers like magic. I was upside down in a previous purchase. Awesome customer service! We had a whole team assisting us with our transaction to get me in a Camry and to LA safely. Everyone we met knew our situation and made sure to meet our every need. We were helped by Ninos and his team to close the deal and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Not one complaint. Never once felt pressured or concerned. They made what feels like a stressful situation, an easy decision. They answered all of our questions. Very happy and lucky to have had such an awesome group assist in this major purchase.

I checked out my trade in value and shopped their inventory online. I was contacted by phone very quickly by Gary. We made an appointment for me to come in and see the car. Gary stayed in touch but did not pressure me. I came for my appointment, I loved the car and they gave me a good deal. I would recommend this dealership and Gary.

My husband and I had the best experience! From calling other dealerships, and not having any luck on a car, we are so thankful we called Toyota of Bakersfield! Our salesperson Kyle was amazing! We were able to go over everything over the phone so it was a smoother process once we went to the dealership. While we were waiting for our car to come in, Kyle would communicate with us just to keep us updated with everything.
We got our car yesterday and everything was so easy! We signed the paperwork and that was that! I would recommend Kyle if you are looking for a good, reliable salesperson!!

A great experience from start to finish! Sam was wonderful to work with, making the entire process easy and seamless. Professional, friendly, well-versed in the business and knowledgeable. Troy was fantastic as well in finance, explaining everything and clarifying any question I had. I never felt like they were trying to push anything on me, which is huge as a customer (especially when buying a car!). I appreciate their approach and teamwork to make my experience a great one.
