We had an issue with our older Hydro-Hot (Aqua-Hot) system, and we were 2,500+ miles away from our "homebased" in Florida. We found Mike through the Aqua-Hot certified mechanics listing and are we glad we did. Even before we had Mike come out to our coach while in Bakersfield, he took the time to do some very thorough "pre-diagnosis" work with me to identify the issue and order what he would need to correct the problem. He ordered the parts, showed up ON TIME as scheduled, repaired and replaced what was needed - and then some - in a quick and efficient manor, and even help with a few other minor issues I was having.

Mike offered his services "over the phone" anytime as we headed back to Florida - and he truly meant it! We had a few additional issues related to our older Hydro-Hot (NOT his work) that we needed to talk with him about and some generator questions and he has continued to "talk me through" them every time I call. In fact, once we returned to Florida, he had multiple conversations with our Florida RV Technician in an effort to get our unit running "like new" at 18 years old.

Mikes mobile rv care has Amazing services. Mike is verry perfetional super friendly has a great personality. He was willing to explain everything. Mike helped me understand how my 5th wheel operates. Like everyone who has an RV emergency, they want help and they want it fast. I called and left a message and Brenda called back promptly. From that moment on I was treated to some amazing customer service! Mike arrived in less than two hours and had us repaired and ready to go! Mike is AWESOME! Our RV broke down in Bakersfield California and after 3 garages, 12 different mechanics and spending nearly $3,000 and NOT getting it fixed. We found Mike and Mike made every effort to get to us ASAP but when he did. He found our problem, fixed it and we made back on our way the next day.
