PHD Mechanical was outstanding! I've had plumbers here before, and can see the difference in professionalism immediately. The PHD team, Jake and Steve, arrived to our old 1849 house, on-time, and they were highly efficient in fixing my 2 faucets. They left no mess behind--they were very clean and considerate from the outset, with shoe coverings, etc. Most importantly though, they were smart--I don't like to hover, so they fixed the problems, and then afterwards, explained to me (a non-plumber) very clearly what they had fixed, so I understood thoroughly. That is the mark of a genius: you explain complicated subjects clearly to clueless people and they get it. I really appreciate learning about how house things work, especially as a new home owner. Thanks so much Jake and Steve, I recommend you wholeheartedly! I would definitely use them again; they are trustworthy and excellent.

The team was professional, courteous and did a great job. Jennifer even scheduled a weekend install of my hot water heater! Peter and his tech who did the install were on time and on point…and worked in a tight area. The initial tech (sorry I forgot his name!) diagnosed the issue quickly and got the info to the office. A quick hiccup with American Home Shield, but the PHD guys were awesome.

PhD Mechanical is the 3rd plumber company to come and finally finally! fix my tub drainage/stoppage issue. What a greatttt job!!!!!! Peter was able to pull out the spring metal blocking the pipe that the 1st plumber accidentally dropped while fixing and unfortunately left unfixed and walked out. 2nd plumber co. came but failed as well! So frustrating! But thank God, Phd Mechanical came to the rescue and also fixed my faucet and the broken stopper in the other bathroom that again the other plumber left undone. Super super thankful to Peter and his assistant Steve, professional, timely, patient, expert and innovative in plumbing issues! God sent🙏

My toilet decided to stop flushing properly. I called my home warranty company and they sent PHD Mechanical. Jake and Steve showed up and could not have been more friendly and professional. They explained everything and showed me exactly what the issue was. After a LOT of work, all was fixed and working perfectly. Even if I did not have a home warranty company, I would use them 1000 times over. Thank you PHD, Jake, and Steve!

Both the young Peter and old Peter are super knowledgeable. Their work is beyond my expectations. The best hands down.
