  I lived at the BK Property in one of their Solar Units for a little over 12 months. The property was in excellent condition when I moved in and what little maintenance was needed was completed in timely fashion. The area was quiet, clean and kept to very high standards. The office was also attentive and returned calls in a prompt manner.

  This is the best property management company around. I met with Cassandra Coughenour, and I have to say, this young lady does outstanding work. Her customer service is above and beyond, she is very professional, as well as courteous, understanding, and personable. I was impressed by how well she does her job.

  I lived here for two years and have nothing bad to say. From the beginning to the end was absolutely great. After the first lease ended I signed a new lease to a larger unit. Cassandra in the office made everything quick, easy, and stress free. When I moved out because I purchased a house I received my deposit very quickly. Thank you BK. I had a great experience with this property management company.
