Rick and the staff at Montoya physical therapy are freaking amazing! They rehabbed my shoulder after Rotator cuff surgery and my shoulder has never felt better! They really care and they really know their stuff and they make it a fun atmosphere so PT isn’t boring.

I've been constantly injured trying to keep exercise in my life. Shin splints, plantar fascists, shoulder issues, now throbbing hip pain that wakes me up at night. On a recommendation from a friend, I went and saw Derek. I had been to a physical therapist before and it had been a waste of time and money so I was a bit wary. 90 minutes with Derek, I did not have the throbbing hip pain all weekend. I feel like he actually trying to get to the source of my problem, not just the symptom. Today for the first time in years, when I walked inclines on the treadmill, I actually felt it in my glutes. Before it had been my back and hip. Definitely can't recommend this place enough.

Quite honestly the best therapy I've received for my back pain. After seeing a chiropractor, my chronic back pain was intolerable. I'd pretty much given up on ever being free from back pain on a daily basis. However, the team has been great at targeting my issues and providing relief. The environment itself is clean, safe, spacious and all the members of the team are friendly and know their stuff. A professional but also a fun establishment to be in.
