  During my Bakersfield stay I was searching online for food options to take out. Find this place and call them to order lamb kabob, lady on the phone was very generous and accept my order even they were about to close in 10 mins. Luckily my hotel was only at 7 min drive and I picked up my food on time. The food was delicious and rich in flavor but also nice people work there. Must recommend this place.

  The best Mediterranean food in Bakersfield ca. Everything is so delicious and at a reasonable price. Owner is a very friendly kind man,and so are all the employees. Definitely recommend this place, number 1 in my book ❤????????????????????????????????????

  Delicious food and friendly people. Let’s start with the staff. Amanda is one of the most welcoming people I’ve encountered at a restaurant such as this. She starts the experience off right. The owner comes out to check on the patrons to ensure the quality of the food and service is as expected.
  
  The food is delicious. It’s not the fastest place in town. Who cares? Slow down a bit and enjoy life. Folks this place is as it should be. The salads are fresh and tasty. The chicken kebabs are moist and flavorful. They even have lentil soup. Finally top off your experience with some baklava. I hope this place is in business for a long time.

  It's a smaller quaint place as the word Express says in the title but the food is good and the staff was very nice and helpful. I had the Falafel plate and they were good, maybe a tat over cooked but the salad and fries were perfect. The hummus and yogurt sauce were awesome and the decor for it being express was nice. We got our food really fast but it was still very fresh and that was nice as we were on the road! We will be back! :)

  We just had our first experience here. The food was excellent! Reasonably priced for the amount of food. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Loved that they have vegan options as well.
