  Most of the officers here are good men and women trying to do their job the best they can. Are there bad cops? Yeah. But there's a few bad apples in every barrell (bad firefighters, bad teachers, bad waiters and bad politicians). But they don't define the whole department, organization, etc. that they reside in.

  Had to come here a few time over the years since it was built, hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Google doesnt show the hours for some reason.
  However if your just going to make a police report they just give you this paper and tell you to go online to bakersfieldcity.us , which was pretty easy actually.
