    My daughter and I are about 10 days into our 21 day trial for $40.00. My daughter has taken a lot more classes than I have. I've only taken 3, so far. I wasn't sure about the heat and I'm still not sure exactly how I feel about it. I do love the classes and instructors. They have been great at explaining moves and poses, which makes it easier for a beginning like me. My daughter loves everything about the hot yoga.

    Class schedules have been good, but a few classes do book up quickly, so if you aren't a planner this would be an issue. Otherwise, I recommend trying out Warrior One Yoga.

    I absolutely love this place!! I tried a few instructors but after taking my first class with Kelsi S. I was hooked! She’s a yoga goddess and her classes are the most amazing!! Between her and Dana, I feel challenged every week in new and exciting ways! I look forward to going to Kelsi’s classes every week, and look forward to going to yoga every day! Warrior 1 yoga has become like a little home away from home, and the staff are like family. They have tons of variety in class type, so there’s something for everyone. But seriously! Check out Kelsi’s classes, they’re the best and she’s the sweetest, most kick butt instructor! I’m so happy to have found this place!

    It's so nice to have such a variety at a yoga studio. I love buti yoga and it's been a while since if been to ashtanga classes so focused on teaching advanced poses. I noticed how healthy the hot room made me feel and before I knew it, I lost 50 pounds. I got my summer body is wanted for 10 years!
